The B-hyve Pro Remote Access Valve Controller (BHP-RAVC) is currently onboarded using the Guardian App by Elexa. Once it is onboarded in the Guardian app you can then connect to it in the B-hyve Pro app.
Once the BHP-RAVC is onboarded and connected to the B-hyve Pro app you do not need to use the guardian app, except for troubleshooting when in the vicinity of the BHP-RAVC.
The B-hyve Pro app can control the BHP-RAVC either manually or automatically by sending open and close commands.
The Guardian by Elexa app is available in both the android and iOS stores.
iOS: The earliest version of iOS that is compatible with our app is 13, any older versions of iOS will not allow your system to function correctly through the app.
To verify that your iOS device is compatible, make sure you’ve downloaded any iOS updates available and select Settings>General>About, and make sure the software version shows 13.0.0 or higher.
Android: The earliest version of Android OS supported is 6, any older version of Android will not allow your system to function correctly through the app.
To verify that your Android device is compatible, make sure you’ve downloaded any available Android OS updates and then select settings and search “Android version”. Make sure that the software version shows 6 or higher.
