How to Receive Tax Exemption on Orders

Next, contact our Hydro-Rain customer care support team by email at [email protected] and provide your tax-exempt paperwork, email or username and the states you are tax exempt in.

Once your paperwork has been received, we’ll notify you when your exemption status has been associated with your account, and any subsequent orders placed at hydrorain.com will be automatically exempted from taxes.
