How to Receive Tax Exemption on Orders

To be exempted from taxes when ordering from Hydro-Rain (HydroRain.com) follow these steps.

1. Register for an account at https://hydrorain.com/register/homeowner-registration/
2. Send an email to [email protected] with your tax exemption paperwork and the email you used to register if it is different.

Once your paperwork has been received, we’ll notify you when your exemption status has been associated with your account, and any subsequent orders placed at HydroRain.com will be automatically exempted from taxes.
