Pump Faults
A pump fault message appearing on your controller or B-hyve app typically means that your controller is detecting a short in the wire connected to the PUMP terminal.
An easy test to do is removing the wire from the PUMP terminals in your controller. Then attempt to run a station or program manually.
- If the fault message does not appear, there’s an issue with the pump, pump wiring, or pump start relay
- If the fault message appears, then the controller should be replaced.
Once the issue is resolved, run a program or manually operate a station. Once this test is completed successfully the fault will be cleared.
