Pump Faults

A pump fault message appearing on your Controller or B-hyve app typically means that your Controller is detecting a short in the Wire connected to the PUMP terminal.

An easy test to do is removing the Wire from the PUMP terminals in your Controller. Then attempt to run a Station or Program manually.

• If the fault message does not appear, there’s an issue with the pump, pump wiring, or pump start relay
• If the fault message appears, then the Controller should be replaced.

Once the issue is resolved, run a Program or manually operate a Station. Once this test is completed successfully the fault will be cleared.
