Shipping

We know time is of the essence for many irrigation projects. For that reason, we strive to get orders processed and shipped to you in an efficient and timely manner.

  • When shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been accepted.
  • You may check the status of your order online.

    • Visit My Account
    • Click ‘Orders’
  • You can also track an order at https://hydrorain.aftership.com and enter the order number and email address associated with the order.

Shipping Cutoff

Most orders placed before 12 PM (Mountain Time), Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) are prepared and shipped within 3 – 5 business days via FedEx. During peak season (April – July), major sale days, and holidays our shipping window may be slightly extended due to elevated order volumes. Please contact us at [email protected] if your order is delayed and you need additional information.

Order Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking numbers, which will be made available to you once the order has shipped. You should receive a confirmation email with the tracking number shortly after the item has shipped. If you do not receive the tracking information, make sure to check any spam folders/filters in your email client. You can also log into your account to check the status of an order.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders above $1,500. Some larger items may be excluded, including:

  • Certain longer lengths of pipe/tubing
  • Large items, such as valve boxes
  • Heavy items such as pumps or brass back-flow prevention

When free shipping is selected, it is at our (Hydro-Rain) discretion to choose the method of shipping. Any products that are not eligible for free shipping should be indicated on their respective product pages and during checkout. We maintain the right to modify these restrictions at any time.

Orders Above $1,500

Our fulfillment team works diligently to ensure all orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Orders above $1,500.00 containing mostly underground component parts (i.e. elbows, couplings, valves, etc.) require additional attention. In most cases, these orders are processed under the standard fulfillment window but our team may require additional time to ensure the utmost accuracy.

Shipping Options & Restrictions

We offer the following shipping options:

  • FedEx Standard Ground and home delivery (signature required for large orders)
  • FedEx or other LTL providers (for larger orders over 150 lbs.)
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

Shipping Changes

Hydro-Rain reserves the right to change shipping and delivery methods if deemed necessary. We make no guarantee of delivery within a specific time frame, even if a specific service is selected. For larger orders, a delivery service other than those listed may be required.

International

Hydro-Rain only ships to addresses in the United States. Shipments outside of the 48 continuous states may incur additional charges which should be displayed during checkout.

Return and Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. HydroRain.com has a no return, no refund policy.  If you have a problem with a product, please contact us at 888-493-7672 or 801-299-5529.

All prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars, are payable in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States. Failure to use the Product(s) does not constitute a basis for refusing to pay any of the associated charges.
