Hydro-Rain has been acquired by private equity firm Platinum Equity. Stuart Eyring is to remain CEO through the transition and beyond.

Pro-Mark was founded by Max Ericksen in 1971 and over more than 40 years his family built Orbit and Hydro-Rain into a global distribution network with products available in 40 countries and all 50 U.S. states
