Unable to search for devices

We’ve identified a bug in the pro app relating to controllers not being searchable by address. Please note that all controllers are in the account – the bug only affects the search function.

As of October 25th, 2023, a fix is for this issue is currently in testing and will be pushed out shortly.

Temporary workarounds:

  1. If you know the name or MAC address of the controller, you can search by either of these.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap “load more” and continue scrolling until all the devices have been loaded. Note: If you close and open the app, you’ll need to reload the devices again.
  3. Log into pro dashboard and click on the map to locate the controller. Click on red pin to view name of controller and MAC address [as shown in the screenshot attached below]. You can use these two criteria in the search function.
