Each of our B-hyve devices has a unique 12 digit MAC address. For each device, the MAC address is in a different spot.

The MAC addresses on the device are used in connecting your device to your router and helping us identify your devices.

HRC 400 Outdoor Controller #

• The MAC address is located on the back of the swing panel for the device in the bottom left corner.

• You can ignore the 8-digit production number above the MAC address, and it is included for features not yet available on the HRC 400.

HRC 410 Indoor Controller #

• The MAC address is on the inside of the cover next to a QR code.

B-hyve XR #

• The MAC address is near a QR code on the left side.

B-hyve Hose Timer #

• The MAC address is at the bottom of the device.

B-hyve Flood Sensor  #

• The B-hyve Flood Sensors’ MAC address is on the bottom of the device.

B-hyve Hub GEN 1 & 2 #

• Both the GEN 1 & GEN 2 versions of our Wi-Fi hub’s MAC addresses are on the back of the device, above the barcode.
