B-hyve Battery Powered Controller Issues

If your Battery Powered B-hyve Controller/timer is experiencing issues, replace the batteries.
Why? #
Batteries when mixed (NiMH, Alkaline, Lithium-ion, etc.), or towards the end of an irrigation season can start to experience various issues. Most of these issues can be resolved by swapping the batteries for a fresh set.
We recommend using Alkaline batteries. They have a slow discharge rate, and pair well with our low voltage design.
NiMH and Lithium-ion batteries can be used; however, the battery life will be shorter, and you’ll be replacing the batteries more often.
