You have the controller connected and all setup. Then you notice the controller is not pulling in a weather forecast or activating a delay.
There could be a few reasons for this:
- New Construction – The address isn’t listed in any database yet. Remove the address, but leave the zip code.
- Incorrect address – Did someone manually entered the address? Double check the address or use the GPS function in the B-hyve pro app.
- Make sure the postal code is valid! B-hyve connected devices require a postal code or GPS location for proper operation of the WeatherSense Smart watering features (including weather delays).
- Not connected – Ensure the controller is connected to Wi-Fi for automatic weather delays to activate. Look for the Wi-Fi icon in the upper left of the app screen. You can also look on the dashboard for the green connected icon in the upper left of the device details screen.
