We’ve identified a bug in the pro app relating to controllers not being searchable by address. Please note that all controllers are in the account – the bug only affects the search function.
As of October 25th, 2023, a fix is for this issue is currently in testing and will be pushed out shortly.
Temporary workarounds:
- If you know the name or MAC address of the Controller, you can search by either of these.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap “load more” and continue scrolling until all the devices have been loaded. Note: If you close and open the app, you’ll need to reload the devices again.
- Log into pro dashboard and click on the map to locate the Controller. Click on red pin to view name of Controller and MAC address [as shown in the screenshot attached below]. You can use these two criteria in the search function.
